Gleanin Leaderboard Competition | Terms & Conditions 2026

1. The Promotion

The promoter is Hyve UK Events Ltd, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6JG (“the Promoter”). The promotion is a competition (“the Promotion”) for exhibiting companies at Autumn Fair 2026, taking place 6–9 September 2026 at the NEC Birmingham (“the Show”), offering the following prizes:

  • 1 x Top Referrer Prize — 1sqm of stand space, free of charge, at Autumn Fair 2027, plus a luxury gift hamper. Awarded to the exhibiting company whose Gleanin link generates the highest number of valid visitor registrations during the Competition Period.
  • 3 x Top Sharer Prizes — a luxury gift hamper each. Awarded to the three exhibiting companies who share their Gleanin link the greatest number of times during the Competition Period.

Gleanin links are the personalised invitation links issued to exhibiting companies by the Promoter through the Gleanin platform (“Gleanin”).

2. Eligibility to enter

2.1 The Promotion is open to companies contracted to exhibit at the Show who have been issued with a Gleanin link (“Entrants”).

2.2 Entry is at company level. Each exhibiting company holds one position on each leaderboard, regardless of how many individuals at that company share the link. Where a company holds more than one stand, or exhibits under more than one trading name, the Promoter may at its sole discretion consolidate activity into a single leaderboard position.

2.3 The prize will be awarded to the exhibiting company, not to any individual employee, and will be administered through the Promoter’s named contact on the exhibitor account.

2.4 The Promotion is not open to (i) employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) and household members of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies or advisors; or (ii) anyone else involved in the creation or administration of the Promotion, or their immediate families or household members.

3. How to enter

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter, and no registration fee applies. Every eligible exhibiting company is entered automatically. No further action is required beyond sharing your Gleanin and registration link.

3.2 Only activity generated through the Gleanin link issued to that company by the Promoter will be counted. Links that have been altered, re-created, or generated outside Gleanin will not be counted.

4. Competition period and measurement

4.1 The Competition Period opens on Friday 31 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Saturday 5 September 2026. Activity recorded outside the Competition Period will not be counted.

4.2 The final leaderboard will be drawn from data extracted from Gleanin on Sunday 6 September 2026, the first day of the Show. That extract is final.

4.3 A share means each time an Entrant shares its Gleanin link using the sharing tools provided in Gleanin, as recorded by Gleanin.

4.4 A registration means each complete and valid visitor registration for the Show made through an Entrant’s Gleanin link, as recorded by Gleanin. Registrations that are incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, withdrawn, or that fail the Promoter’s standard checks on trade eligibility will not be counted.

4.5 Gleanin’s record is the sole and definitive measure of shares and registrations for the purposes of this Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for activity that Gleanin does not record, including as a result of technical fault, browser settings, blocked tracking, or links shared in a form Gleanin cannot attribute.

4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to discount activity, and to disqualify any Entrant, where in its reasonable opinion that activity has been generated artificially or does not represent genuine promotion of the Show.

4.7 An interim leaderboard may be published during the Competition Period. Any interim leaderboard is indicative only, reflects data at the point it was extracted, and confers no right to a prize.

5. Selection of the winners

5.1 The Top Referrer Prize will be awarded to the Entrant with the highest number of registrations at the close of the Competition Period. The three Top Sharer Prizes will be awarded to the three Entrants with the highest number of shares at the close of the Competition Period (together, “Prize Winners”).

5.2 Where two or more Entrants finish on the same number of shares, the prize will be awarded to the Entrant whose Gleanin link recorded the greater number of clicks during the Competition Period.

5.3 Where two or more Entrants finish on the same number of registrations, the prize will be awarded to the Entrant that reached the tied total first, according to the timestamp recorded by Gleanin.

5.4 An Entrant may win in both categories. Where the Top Referrer Prize winner also finishes in the top three of the shares leaderboard, it will receive one hamper only.

5.5 The decision of the Promoter with respect to all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prizes

6.1 Top Referrer Prize. The winner will receive 1sqm of stand space, free of charge, at Autumn Fair 2027, together with a luxury gift hamper.

6.2 The 1sqm of stand space is conditional on the winner contracting to exhibit at Autumn Fair 2027 during the on-site rebooking window at the Show. It will be applied as free of charge stand space in the winner’s Autumn Fair 2027 contract and must be applied to that booking. It cannot be carried forward to a later edition, transferred to another company, applied to any other Hyve event, split across bookings, or exchanged for cash or any other prize.

6.3 If the winner does not contract to exhibit at Autumn Fair 2027 during the on-site rebooking window at the Show, the Top Referrer Prize will lapse in full, including the hamper. No part of it will be reallocated to any other Entrant.

6.4 Top Sharer Prizes. Each of the three winners will receive one luxury gift hamper.

6.5 Hampers are presented sealed and must be taken away unopened. In line with the Show’s rules on food and drink, hampers must not be opened or consumed on an exhibitor’s stand or anywhere else within the halls.

6.6 Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.7 Each Entrant is responsible for any tax or duty arising from receipt of a prize.

7. Notification and presentation

7.1 Prize Winners will be notified in person at their stand on the morning of the first day of the Show, and by email to the contact address held on their exhibitor account. Entrants must ensure the contact details on their exhibitor account are accurate and complete.

7.2 Prize Winners are not required to confirm acceptance. Prizes will be presented in person at the winner’s stand during the Show.

7.3 The Promoter is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for failure to contact any winner, and will not be responsible for failing to contact or award any prize to an Entrant who has provided incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering, Entrants agree that their company name and leaderboard position may be published by the Promoter in emails to exhibitors and visitors, on the Show website, and across the Show’s social media channels.

8.2 Prize Winners agree that, as a condition of receiving their prize, they will post about their win on at least one of their company’s own social media channels, tagging  @springautumnfair.

8.3 The Promoter will also post about the Prize Winners on the Show’s own social media channels.

8.4 Entrants agree that the presentation of a prize at the Show may be photographed or filmed, and that the Promoter may use that content across its marketing channels, including social media, without further permission or payment.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in sharing a link or in submitting a registration, or for any failure of Gleanin to record activity.

9.2 The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any of the prizes or a component of them cannot be awarded as described.

9.3 The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

9.4 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion and the nature of any prize (to an alternative of equal or greater value) in the event that it or its conduct of the Promotion is affected or is likely to be affected by any unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

9.5 The Promoter reserves the right to delay, terminate or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these terms and conditions, including without limitation the failure in whole or in part of any website or platform used to enter the Promotion, or an order of any governmental or regulatory authority.

9.6 By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree that any personal data submitted as part of the entry process (including email addresses) can be stored and processed on behalf of the Promoter and its affiliates as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and that such storage and/or processing may occur outside of the European Economic Area. Entrants agree that such data may be used to contact them for the purposes of the administration and conduct of the Promotion, for the publicity purposes stated in these terms and conditions, and for the provision of the Prize Winners’ names to third parties. A request to access, update, delete or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out in these terms and conditions. Personal data will be held by the Promoter as outlined in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://hyve.group/Privacy-policy.

9.7 Any queries relating to the Promotion should be sent to springautumnfairmarketing@hyve.group.

10. Acknowledgement

10.1 The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Promotion will be void where prohibited by law.
