This prize draw and award is organised by Autumn Fair, part of Hyve UK Events Limited (the “Promoter”). By entering this draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 To enter the draw, you must have 1. registered to attend Autumn Fair 2026 and 2. registered a colleague for Autumn Fair 2026 (the “Competition”) before midnight on 24 August 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Registration is free and no purchase is necessary.
1.2 All valid registrations completed by the Closing Date will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
2. Prize
2.1 One winner (the “Winner”) and 200 runner-up winners (the “Runner-ups”) will be randomly selected one week after the Closing Date (the “Draw Date”).
2.2 The Winner and Runner-ups will be notified via email after the Draw Date.
2.3 The Winner and Runner-ups must respond to the Promoter within three days (the “Claim Period”). If the Winner or Runner-ups do not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner or Runner-up in accordance with the process described above.
2.4 The Winner will receive:
• A £200 buying budget for yourself and your colleague, to be spent in a single transaction with a participating exhibitor at Autumn Fair 2026.
• A travel contribution of up to £100 towards travel to Autumn Fair for yourself and your colleague, reimbursed against valid receipts 30 days after being submitted and uploaded.
• Lunch at the Show on the day of your visit for yourself and your colleague.
• Access to the Buyers Lounge for you and your colleague.
• Complimentary cloakroom access for your colleague.
• A goody bag for you and your colleague.
2.5 Each Runner-up will receive:
• Access to the Buyers Lounge
• Complimentary cloakroom access
• Lunch at the Show on the day of their visit
• A free gift
2.6 All prizes must be redeemed in person at Autumn Fair 2026 (6-9 September 2026, NEC Birmingham). The Winner and Runner-ups must attend Autumn Fair 2026 and present their valid visitor badge to claim their prize. Prizes cannot be redeemed remotely, before, or after the Show.
2.7 If the Winner or a Runner-up responds within the Claim Period but does not attend Autumn Fair 2026, the prize will be forfeited in full and will not be redrawn.
3. General
3.1 If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.
3.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group] or writes to the Promoter at Hyve UK Events Limited, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6JG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in clause 1.1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters [SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
3.3 The prize for the Winner and Runner-ups is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no alternative is offered.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
3.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
3.6 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice, which can be found here. See also clause 3.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.
3.7 These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
