Priority booking for Autumn Fair 2024 is now open
- Not only will you secure a 5% rate increase** and your ideal location, but you also benefit from the 28-day cooling off period kicking off from Wednesday 6th September. This will give you time to review your decision post-show with no penalties, up until Wednesday 4th October.
- Pre-book and save 2% by opting for a Direct Debit payment plan***
- Lock in the 75% of the FOC/free of charge space**** we offered to you for this year’s show. This offer is only valid pre-show and will reduce to 50% of the free of charge sqm if you rebook your space onsite.
*Pre-book Autumn Fair to secure a 5% rate increase before Friday 1st September. Onsite rates increase to 6%, after Thursday 7th September rates increase to 9%.
**Deposit must be paid within 30 days of invoicing after the 28 day cool off period of 4th October. Otherwise an additional 4% increase will be added to your Autumn Fair 2024 pre-book rate and invoiced.
