Arrive by car

Autumn Fair pays for free parking for all attendees throughout the event. On arrival, follow signs to on-site parking, showing your badge for confirmation. A daily shuttle service is available from all car parks to the main exhibition halls.

Arrive by train

The nearest train station to the NEC is Birmingham International, a five-minute walk under a covered bridge.

Arrive by coach & local bus services

Coach services are operated by National Express and Megabus, with over 120 daily services from across the UK to Birmingham Airport.

Regular local buses also depart from Birmingham city centre: 

  • The 900 service runs every 15 minutes during the day taking approximately 30 minutes. 

  • The 97 service operates every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day taking approximately 45 minutes. 

International travel

Arrive by Eurostar

The Eurostar is an effective way to reach London in the United Kingdom when travelling from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, or Switzerland. We highly recommend that you book early.

Arrive by Air

Birmingham International Airport is located within the NEC complex. You can book flights directly to and from Birmingham International from most domestic and international airports.


To get from Birmingham International Airport to the NEC, simply take the free and fast Air-Rail link to Birmingham International railway station and then it’s just a short walk to the NEC entrance.


The Air-Rail link runs every 2 minutes and takes just 90 seconds to reach the NEC. It leaves the airport from the upper level of Terminal 1, and operates daily between 05:15am and 02:00am.
