1. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who register for Autumn Fair 2025 (the “Event”), excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. By registering for a visitor ticket to Autumn Fair 2025 via https://www.autumnfair.com, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. To be eligible, registration must be completed before 11:59 PM on 23rd May 2025. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
4. In the event of a technical fault or interruption that prevents successful registration, the Promoter accepts no responsibility and such entries will not be considered valid.
5. The winner will be selected by a random computer-generated draw on 13th May 2025 (“Draw Date”).
6. The winner will receive a Golden Ticket Experience, which includes:

7. The winner will be notified via email or phone (as per details provided at registration) during the week commencing 13th May 2025, and must confirm acceptance within 5 days. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
8. The Promoter will coordinate prize logistics with the winner and confirm all arrangements within 30 days of acceptance.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw is final and binding.
12. In accordance with UK advertising rules, the Promoter may publish the surname and county of the prize winner. Anyone who wishes to receive this information can contact: springautumnfairmarketing@hyve.group or write to Hyve UK Events Limited, 2 Kingdom Street, W2 6JP (enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope) within one month of the prize draw closing date. If you object to this information being shared, please let us know — we may still need to share details with the ASA if requested.
13. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion where necessary.
15. Except where caused by negligence, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from taking part in the prize.
