Lisa Maslen is Superintendent and Lead for the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) at the City of London Police. With more than 20 years’ policing experience, Lisa specialises in business crime prevention, retail crime and partnership-led community safety initiatives. Before joining the NBCC, she served as the Metropolitan Police Business Crime Lead, working across London to tackle issues affecting retailers and town centres. Passionate about safer high streets, Lisa now leads national efforts focused on tackling retail crime, protecting retail workers and supporting businesses through effective crime prevention strategies.
