RagBag® by KMN Environmental Impact Pvt. Ltd. is more than a sustainable product range—it is a circular-economy movement that transforms discarded textiles into products with renewed purpose, value and identity.
Born from the social and environmental work of the KMN Foundation, the RagBag® journey began with a simple idea: instead of allowing unwanted clothes and textile waste to end up in landfills, they can be collected, sorted, cleaned, sanitised, redesigned and upcycled into desirable products.
Today, RagBag® represents a growing collection of upcycled bags, fashion accessories, lifestyle products and everyday essentials, created from post-consumer garments, denim and other recovered textiles. From practical everyday totes and work bags to distinctive fashion pieces, every RagBag® demonstrates that waste can become a valuable resource.
The collection combines circular design, contemporary aesthetics, artisan craftsmanship and inclusive livelihood creation, making sustainability commercially relevant for consumers, retailers and businesses.

Through this journey, KMN Environmental Impact has built a scalable model connecting environmental responsibility with economic opportunity. To date, the enterprise has upcycled 6+ tonnes of textile waste, reduced 600,000+ kg of CO₂ emissions, prevented 10+ million single-use plastic bags and created 225+ livelihoods.
