Introducing...
OSO Fashion Boutique: Elevating Style and Community
OSO Fashion Boutique has been a beloved part of Salisbury’s retail scene for over 14 years the store has long been known for its stylish, handpicked fashion and jewellery. Two years ago, Katie (formerly a London advertising professional) took over the business from the previous owners. A loyal OSO customer herself, Katie took the reins to lead the boutique into its next phase.
Now in her first full season as owner, Katie is eager to modernise and grow. With traditional systems still in place and no e-commerce offering, OSO is full of untapped potential. Katie sees the Retail Makeover Mission as a turning point—seeking expert guidance on technology, marketing, and store design to help OSO thrive while preserving its independent charm.
Taba Naba: A Creative Gift Haven
Taba Naba is the brainchild of Michaela Sawyer, who left a high-pressure sales career to build something new for her family and community. After relocating from London to Felixstowe during the pandemic, Michaela saw potential in the town’s underutilised high street and opened Taba Naba with limited capital and a big vision: to create a hands-on, sensory shopping experience full of thoughtful gifts.
What began as a tucked-away shop has now moved to a prominent location, boosting visibility and footfall. Over the past year and a half, Michaela has grown the business organically—balancing roles from buyer and visual merchandiser to social media manager. With a growing product range now including higher-value items and seasonal tourist offerings, she’s ready to move from reactive retailing to a more strategic, scalable business model.
Michaela believes that the Retail Makeover Mission will help her refine operations, improve her customer experience, and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth!
