J.J. Textile creates exclusive wool blankets, cushion covers and throws, each carrying an original design by Jurate Jakstaite. Nature-inspired, hand-drawn and woven in natural fibres, our pieces are distinctive enough to stand out on a shop floor and considered enough to sit beautifully in an upmarket space.
Our range is built primarily around pure wool and wool-cotton blends, skilfully crafted by trusted manufacturers in Lithuania - a country with a rich textile heritage and Jurate's birthplace. J.J. Textile works only with trusted manufacturers in the UK and Europe who share a commitment to sustainability and ethics at every stage.
Every piece is fully reversible - two looks in one - and made to be kept, not discarded. Colours, patterns and designs change each year, drawing on the British countryside, the changing seasons, and the character of animals, alongside Jurate's twenty-plus years of textile design experience.
Beyond our core collection, we offer a bespoke design service - adapting existing designs or creating entirely new ones to a brief, including woven logos and custom colourways (minimum order applies). We work with independent retailers, interior designers, and hospitality businesses including boutique hotels and restaurants, and export as far afield as Japan, the USA and Australia.
