Adriana Lovesy is a creative professional and industry advocate with a unique background that bridges fine art, business, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Fine Art degree from the prestigious Slade School of Fine Art in London and spent a decade in private equity, managing high-value relationships with corporate clients investing multi-million-pound sums.

In 2015, during her maternity leave with her eldest son Lucien, Adriana launched her own greeting card brand. Her creative talent was quickly recognised and she was nominated as a finalist at the Henries Awards (the UK’s leading greeting card design awards) in her first year, with further nominations in 2016 and 2020.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led to further recognition in 2018, when she was named a finalist for Mumpreneur of the Year at the Kent Women in Business Awards.

In 2020, Adriana joined the Greeting Card Association (GCA) Council, and in 2022 she became the GCA’s Membership and Marketing Manager. After five impactful years supporting hundreds of publishers, she discovered a true passion for helping new talent and small businesses thrive leading to the launch of Greetings Lab, a platform dedicated to nurturing emerging voices in the industry.

In 2025, Adriana founded Cards For All, a groundbreaking industry initiative committed to improving authentic representation within the greeting card sector. The initiative works to educate, advocate, and support inclusive creators and publishers, while encouraging retailers to diversify their card offerings and celebrate a broader spectrum of voices.

Adriana’s experience as a small business owner, mentor, and industry change-maker continues to drive her mission to build a more inclusive, representative, and vibrant greeting card industry. One where new talent and small businesses can flourish.
