1. THE PROMOTION
The Promoter is Hyve UK Events Ltd, 2 Kingdom Road, W2 6JG and the Prize is £1,000 to spend with any exhibitor at Autumn Fair 2022 exhibition.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
a. The Promotion is open to those aged 18 years and over, and residents of Great Britain only.
b. The Promotion is not open to (i) employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) and household members of the Promoter or their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies or advisors; and (ii) anyone else involved in the creation or administration of the Promotion, or their immediate families or household members.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
3.1 Entrants must register for Autumn Fair 2022 using the link in the dedicated email and attend Autumn Fair 2022 to take part in the Promotion.
3.2 Entrants must register before Tuesday 30th August 2022.
3.3 The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 31st August 2022.
4. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
4.1 One winner will be chosen by draw from all valid entries. The winning entrant will have to claim their prize by providing the Autumn Fair 2022 team with an email address and photographic proof of age (drivers license or passport). The winner must provide this information within 24hrs of being notified that they are a winner. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
4.2 In the event that the winner is disqualified or ineligible for the Prize in accordance with clause 2 above, the prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate Entrant will be selected as the winner and notified using the same process as described above in respect of that Prize. The above process will be repeated as necessary until the Prize is validly claimed by an eligible Entrant.
5. THE PRIZE
The winner will receive:
a. £1,000 voucher to spend with any Autumn Fair 2022 Exhibitor.
b. The £1,000 voucher must only be used to place an order with an exhibitor* at Autumn Fair 2022 on the dates of the show (4-7th September 2022.)
c. There are no additional prizes or free gifts available for entry for this Promotion. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
d. The Prize does not include travel or accommodation - winners will have to arrange these independently.
e. Validity and T&C’s of the vendor voucher applies.
f. The winner will need to collect the voucher at Autumn Fair 2022. Voucher details will be provided once the winner has been drawn.
g. *Prize can be spend with max 2 suppliers at Autumn Fair 2022.
1. GENERAL
a. The decision of the Promoter with respect to all aspects of the Promotion is final. No private correspondence will be entered into with any entrant except with an entrant selected as a winner.
b. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion or for failure of email or entry to be received or for any loss of entry.
c. The Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any of the Prizes or a component of them cannot be awarded as described.
d. The winner shall provide the Promoter with proof of age on request.
e. The Promoter is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for failure to contact any winner, and will not be responsible for failing to contact or award any prize to any entrant who provided incorrect or incomplete information, or who does not respond to the Promoter’s communications within the time-frames described above.
f. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.
g. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion and the nature of any prize (to an alternative of equal or greater value) in the event that it or its conduct of the Promotion is affected or is likely to be affected by any unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
h. The Promoter will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, delayed, incomplete or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Promoter is not liable for any problems, errors, or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage to the Entrant’s computer or another technical device, or software, as a result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
i. By entering the Promotion the entrant agrees that any personal data submitted as part of the entry process (including email address) can be stored and processed on behalf of the Promoter and its affiliates as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that such storage and/or processing may occur outside of the United Kingdom and / or the European Economic Area. The entrant agrees that such data may be used to contact them, for the purposes of the administration and conduct of the Promotion, for publicity and to provide the winner’s name to any relevant third party for the purpose of administering the prize. A request to access, update, delete or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out in these terms and conditions. Personal data will be held by the Promoter as outlined in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://hyve.group/Privacy-policy /.
j. By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees to abide by all relevant ethical laws, including any anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-tax evasion and modern slavery laws, together with any relevant policies and procedures the entrant company has in place (if required by such laws) and that the Promoter may make available to the entrant from time to time.
k. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, terminate or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these terms and conditions, including, without limitation the entry by persons outside the Promotion’s jurisdiction or of persons under the legal drinking age in their country of residence, or failure in whole, or in part of any website(s) used to enter the Promotion, any related component or module, or an order an any governmental or regulatory authority.
l. The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Promotion will be void where prohibited by law.
