I started cross stitching when I was in my teenage years and I have loved stitching since, It is my go-to happy place and I can spend hours lost in the flow of a cross sttich project. I have always wanted to design my own kits and I had a go one day, and now I am hooked! I love to design kits which are fun, colourful, quirky and a little different. My name is Pretty Twisted Cross Stitch, because I like 'pretty' things, but then I also like to design things which are a little 'twisted'! I also love using variegated threads for something different again. I have a varied range of designs.
My designs have a witchy, gothic, toadstools, fairies, and mystical elements to them. But I also like to include flowers, motivational words and colours!
I hand make all my kits myself. All the threads are measured and cut, along with the aida fabric. I do all aspects of the business myself, in my little studio based in Tavistock, Devon.
I like to source all my materials from UK based businesses, where possible.
