J.J. Textile deals in exclusive wool blankets, cushion covers and throws featuring unique designs by Jurate Jakstaite.
With extensive experience in the textile industry, Jurate Jakstaite has been designing and selling her own products in the UK and overseas since 2012. Each year she draws inspiration from her new-found home of Great Britain as well as from her experiences working for other well-established, overseas textile companies to create fresh, fun additions to her collection.
Jurate draws inspiration for the unique, original designs from nature, the ever-changing seasons and the character of animals. J.J.Textile only works with trusted manufacturers in the UK and Europe who share their goal of making the whole chain not only sustainable but ethical. Jurate has a longstanding relationship with trusted manufacturers in her native Lithuania, who carefully and skilfully bring her designs to life in either pure wool or blends of wool and cotton. J.J. Textile has also recently expanded its manufacturing to the UK, offering a captivating collection of exquisite recycled cotton blankets.
The products are stocked by many independent businesses all over the UK, as well as by some larger retailers, and are exported as far overseas as Japan, USA and Australia. Their blankets and throws have been keeping customers cosy in hotels and on many outdoor café and wine bar terraces. J.J.Textile's accessories make special corporate gifts and they also offer a bespoke design service, tailored specifically to meet your unique business needs (minimum order applies).
