Chic Antique was founded in 2005 and springs from founder Bente Kienast’s passion for beautiful antiques from French flea markets. Today the business is still building upon the dream of letting unique old items from the past have a new future. Today Chic Antique is a successful B2B business offering a wide range of vintage interior and sells directly to retailers and through agents and distributors in more than 55 countries. Rustic Romance is the name of the new and utterly wonderful Autumn/Winter collection 2018 from Chic Antique. The new collection boasts a fabulous combination of the raw and rustic, mixed with the romantic French country style, which is so well known to all Chic Antique lovers. This autumn the collection includes a multitude of new lanterns, many new furniture pieces, a large selection of vintage clocks, beautiful plant pots, lots of new handles, a range of decorative nails, splendid blankets of residue yarn, as well as romantic picture frames and mirrors. There is of course much, much more gorgeous interior décor and lots of new furniture – some in the lovely French country style and others with an edgy, industrial twist. Chic Antique owner and head designer Bente Kienast explains that this year’s Autumn/Winter collection is edgy, cool, chic and rustic – a rethinking of the romantic style, filled with completely unique products in the most beautiful of universes.
