We are Hunter Imports Ltd trading as Ancient Mariner established in May 2024 after a trip to Indonesia where we met with James, one of the original founders of Ancient Mariner Furniture. James and his family wanted to concentrate on other projects and were looking to step away from the business. Having been customers of Ancient Mariner Furniture for over 10 years we saw the opportunity to set up our own business trading the same kind of wholesale products and to continue with the established supply chain.
Hunter Imports remains a family business run by husband and wife team Jodi and Carrina in Cornwall. Our aim is to keep building on the Ancient Mariner journey, to continue to supply customers with excellent value, good quality products with a personal and efficient service, keeping the best sellers from current ranges along with regularly introducing new products and ranges.
