Welcome to the Autumn Fair 2026 Exhibitor Zone!  

Your one-stop-shop for all things Autumn Fair- Think of this as your toolbox, packed with everything you need to make your exhibiting experience a success. Use the dedicated to-do list in the navigation bar to keep track of key tasks and ensure you have completed all sections of your exhibitor profile.   
  
If you’re working as a team, you can create additional E-Zone log ins for your team members, by using the ‘Add New E-Zone User' tab on the left.

Key Deadlines:

  • Little Black Book inclusion deadline Thursday 3rd July
  • Space only stand plan submission Friday 18th July
  • Show Guide Entry deadline Friday 8th August

Tool 1: The Exhibitor Manual [IMPORTANT] 

First up, we’ve got the Exhibitor Manual (mango coloured tab to your left). This is your go-to guide for all the nitty-gritty logistical details you need to know before setting foot on the show floor. Some of the forms in the manual are compulsory to complete, so trust us, giving this a thorough read sooner rather than later will save you heaps of time down the road.  

Your Profile & Products 

Next, let’s focus on your online presence. Your profile on the Autumn Fair website gives you the opportunity to connect with buyers before, during, and after the show. With over 140,000+ page views on the exhibitor list each year, a well-crafted profile can help you generate leads and drive traffic to your stand. 


Make it eye-catching, informative, and unique to your brand! Use the navy tabs on the left to complete your profile, add your products, catalogues and videos!  

The Knowledge Hub 

The Knowledge Hub tab on the left is where the magic really happens. Dive into resources like the Ambience Playbook for insider tips on maximising your retail potential. Plus, you can find how-to videos, case studies, and our ultimate ‘Guide to Exhibiting’ for all the inspiration you’ll ever need.   

Marketing Opportunities

Last but certainly not least, let’s talk about promoting your presence at Autumn Fair! Within the tabs on the left, you’ll find a range of marketing materials, including web banners, social media templates, and PR opportunities. Use these assets in your emails, social channels, and on your website to ensure your buyers and prospects know where to find you at Autumn Fair.   
 
If you’d like to be featured on our social media channels, send 3-4 square images and a short company description to marketing@autumnfair.com. The more buzz you create before the show, the busier your stand will be!
