Autumn Fair 2020 will take place on 6-9 September 2020 (Everyday sector opening on 5 September) at the NEC Birmingham.
Confirm your place at Autumn Fair 2020 and you will keep your existing rate. Avoid any rate surcharges and make sure you take advantage of this special offer as this is only available until Friday 31st August.
How to Rebook for 2020
Book before Autumn Fair 2019
Representing the best option for value, book your stand before this year’s show and you will keep your existing rate. Not only this, but you will also have first-choice on your existing location.
Book during or after Autumn Fair 2019
Booking onsite at Autumn Fair 2019 will see your existing rate increase by 2.5%.
Booking after Autumn Fair 2019 will see the existing rate increase by 3.5%.
Selecting “Option A” on your contract allows you to secure the same stand for 2020, and your existing rate.
Selecting “Option B” gives you the option to request a specific alternative location, whilst securing your existing rate and location in the meantime.
If you are certain you would like to book a different location altogether, select “Option B”. And notify your Key Account Manager. This will release your existing location for general sale immediately but will give you priority access to available alternative locations.
As a quick reminder:
- Platinum - includes stands at the front of the hall, around show features and along boulevards, and attracts the highest premium due to the high demand for these spaces
- Gold - includes areas around some show features and aisles close to main boulevards and entrances
- Silver - includes all other areas of the show
Benefit from the 28-day cooling off period which starts from the last day of the show, allowing you to review your decision without suffering any cancellation fees.
