Attendance up … orders up as Autumn Fair International signals a retail revival
 


Britain’s biggest retailers were among the tens of thousands of buyers who flocked to Autumn Fair International (6-9 September) to highlight the growing importance of the season’s largest home and gift event in the buying calendar.

At the close of the show at Birmingham’s NEC on Wednesday 9 September 2009, the attendance totalled 28,757*, surpassing last year’s figure of 28,074. Some exhibitors reported record sales figures – and their best-ever trade show. Read more here
